MetroCount ATC Training – Booking Terms and Conditions

Submitting an Expression of Interest

Submitting an expression of interest does not automatically confirm the training date. A booking is confirmed once MetroCount has agreed the date, location and session requirements in writing.

Payment

The training fee is £650 plus VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice issued by MetroCount.

The Training Fee Includes

• One full-day MetroCount ATC Training session, delivered from 09:00–16:00
• Classroom-based theory and practical field instruction
• Training for up to five attendees
• Digital course-completion certificates, valid for two years
• Trainer travel to the agreed venue
• Transportation and use of the required demonstration equipment
• Digital training materials and supporting resources

Site and Access Requirements

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing a suitable classroom or meeting space
• Arranging safe and lawful access to the practical field locations
• Identifying suitable local installation sites in advance
• Obtaining any required permissions, permits or traffic-management arrangements; and
• Informing MetroCount of relevant site risks or safety requirements

MetroCount may alter or suspend the practical component where site conditions, weather, access arrangements or safety concerns make the planned activity unsuitable.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by MetroCount

MetroCount may need to cancel, postpone or change a session due to trainer illness, unsafe weather, travel disruption, equipment issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Where this occurs, MetroCount will offer a suitable alternative date. If an alternative date cannot be agreed, any training fee already paid will be refunded.

MetroCount will not be responsible for indirect losses or costs incurred by the customer, such as staff time, accommodation, venue hire or other consequential expenses.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Neither party will be liable for failing to perform its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, government restrictions, industrial action, public-health emergencies or similar events.

Both parties should make reasonable efforts to reschedule the training.

Training Scope and Certification

Certificates are issued to attendees who complete the required training activities. Certification confirms attendance and completion of the MetroCount training session but does not replace any legal, workplace-safety, traffic-management or professional accreditation required for work undertaken by the customer.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a training booking, the customer agrees to these Booking Terms and Conditions.
