Using high-definition CCTV systems, our manual classified count video surveys capture continuous footage of road user behaviour. The recordings are reviewed and coded to produce accurate, verifiable datasets covering a wide range of metrics, including turning and link counts, pedestrian movements, queue lengths, and saturation flow. From the same deployment, we can also analyse parking activity, journey times, and active travel patterns.
These insights support congestion studies, signal optimisation, intersection design, and sustainable transport planning, providing a complete picture of how people and vehicles interact across the network.
